Built on Canadian job sites · now for European trades

TheAIthatrunsyourrestoration business.

The same operator we used on flood, HVAC and plumbing jobs in Canada — now quoting, booking crews and chasing invoices for trade businesses in Europe. It remembers how you work. It can undo.

The Timber method

01

Say it in plain language.

Page-aware and company-trained. "Create a quote from these photos." "Chase overdue invoices." It knows which job you're looking at — no "which one?"

02

It acts on your business.

80+ tools across leads, quotes, invoices, Gmail, WhatsApp and scheduling. Web research, document reading and custom data queries when no button exists.

03

You stay in control.

Draft-first email. Ask, Allow, or Plan permission modes. Checkpoints let you rewind when the operator changes a record.

Skills & schedules

It works the shift you can't staff.

Slash commands for your playbooks. Timed runs and event triggers so Timber triages new leads and chases overdue invoices without you opening the app.

/morning-briefing

Morning briefing

Today's appointments, overdue invoices, hot leads, and your top 3 actions — before you leave for site.

/chase-overdue-invoices

Invoice chasing

Find overdue invoices and draft payment reminders. You approve before anything sends.

/quote-follow-up-blitz

Quote follow-up blitz

Stale open quotes get professional follow-ups drafted in your voice.

/lead-triage

Lead triage

Rank the pipeline, flag stale leads, and recommend the next move on each.

/weekly-performance-report

Weekly performance

Revenue, margins, cash, pipeline — plus recommended actions for the week ahead.

/your-sop

Your playbooks

Teach Timber your pricing rules, SOPs, and standing instructions as custom skills.

Autonomous schedules

Weekday 7am morning briefing emailed to your team. Event triggers when a lead arrives or an invoice goes overdue — every 15 minutes, Timber runs the playbook you defined.

End to end

Photos to booked job.

The same path we ran in Canada: damage photos to a crew on site. No forms, no menus, no clicking through twelve screens.

01 · Quote

Damage photos to priced scope

Upload basement photos or a plan PDF. Timber researches local rates, builds line items — air movers, dehumidifiers, labor — and links the quote to the job.

"Create a quote from these""Remove the dehumidifier rental"Category 3 · equipment rentals

02 · Book

Book the crew without the dashboard

"Book Mike for Tuesday and Wednesday." Appointments created, linked to the project, confirmations sent via SMS or WhatsApp. Crews never need another app.

Ask your data

Questions your CRM can't answer.

Custom reports, cross-entity analysis, web research for local rates — the same questions we asked on Canadian flood and HVAC jobs.

Platform

Everything under the operator.

Timber isn't a chatbot bolted onto a CRM. It's the layer that runs leads, quotes, site work and cash — with the tools you already use.

Inbox + phone

Gmail, phone and WhatsApp connected. The operator reads mail, classifies leads, and drafts replies.

Insurance-ready reports

The IICRC-style files we produced in Canada — ready for European insurers and loss adjusters, in minutes.

Site updates by text

Crews text updates in their own words. No app install, no timesheet chasing.

Deposits on the books

Quote approval, card deposits and VAT-ready invoices — payment tracking from quote to cash.

Insurance transparency

Fast compliant reports plus adjuster tracking — the same discipline from Canadian flood files, now for European insurers and loss adjusters.

Founder story

Built in Canada. Ready for your desk in Europe.

Ivan Rogachyov, founder of Timber.AI

From startup to scale-up: In Canada I scaled a handyman business into a multi-city flood restoration company hitting millions in revenue. Success came with clunky software, missing timesheets, and late nights writing insurance reports.

The breaking point: Coordinating emergency flood responses across three cities became impossible with existing tools. Teams double-booked, customer updates were missed, and billing became a nightmare.

That's why we built Timber.AI — and why we're bringing it to Europe. Not another dashboard, but the operator we ran on Canadian desks, in plain language. You shouldn't be fighting your tools. They should work for you.

Contact our team
Is this a chatbot or does it actually change quotes and jobs?

Timber is an operator, not a FAQ bot. It creates and edits quotes, books appointments, drafts emails, and updates your CRM — in plain language. You describe the outcome; it runs the tools to get there.

Can it send email without my approval?

No. Email is draft-first by default. Timber prepares replies and follow-ups for your review. Permission modes (Ask, Allow, Plan) let you control how much runs automatically.

What if it edits the wrong record?

Checkpoints snapshot state before mutations. You can rewind changes to quotes, invoices, clients, leads, and projects from Agent settings.

What are skills and schedules?

Skills are slash-command playbooks like /morning-briefing or /chase-overdue-invoices. Schedules run them on a clock or when events fire — new lead, overdue invoice — so work happens while you're in the field.

How do crews get job updates?

By text — SMS or WhatsApp. They reply in their own words; Timber logs updates and keeps the job record current. No app install, no training deck.

Does it work for heating and plumbing, not just flood?

Yes. Timber was built on Canadian restoration desks — photos, equipment rentals, insurance files — and already runs HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general trades. Those same workflows transfer to European trade businesses.

You built this in Canada — does it work in Europe?

Yes. The jobs look the same: quotes, crew booking, follow-ups and cash. Invoices can be VAT-ready, email stays draft-first, and we treat customer data with GDPR in mind. Book a demo and we'll walk through your market live.
